Yes! We accept returns for any reason within 14 days of your order as long as it is sealed, unused and in resellable condition. Just send us an email with your order number and we will assist you right away! For our full returns policy please click here.
Unfortunately, we’re no longer offering exchanges to UK customers. If you require a different item, then you’ll need to place a new order.
We’re really quick at packing your order up which means we can’t make any changes once you’ve placed it. Especially, if your order is a next day or express delivery option. This includes changing items, delivery option, delivery address or payment method.
We’re sorry there’s an item missing from your order. Before contacting our Customer Support team, we recommend checking your emails (including your junk/spam) to see if we’ve sent you an email about this. The item/s you ordered may have been out of stock.
We want to sort out any issues with incorrect items straight away. If one of the items you received isn’t what you ordered, please contact our customer support team right away!
Our delivery times have been selected in light of the view Covid- 19 pandemic. Usually, orders arrive within the specified time frame. In the event it does not, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
95% of our orders made are via a tracked service. We do advise using a tracked service during the covid-19 pandemic. However, we do also provide non-tracked options- at a lesser rate, which you can also select at the checkout, if you would like.
Have you waited until your estimated delivery date? Please allow an extra few days for your order to be delivered (especially during busy times) – our couriers are always doing their best to get your order to you.

At Hairglo, we only stock genuine and authentic items, bought directly from authorised retailers – we don’t buy fakes, so you can be sure the item you’ve received is genuine.
However, if you’re not entirely happy with your item, you’re welcome to return it to us for a full refund.

A wishlist allows you to group together your favourite Hairglo picks in your Saved Items. It makes it easier than ever to curate your very own product board for when you need your essentials.
Wishlists can only be created by saving items on the product page, but don’t worry – if you then decide to shop on the website, all your cart items will still show, just not in the wishlist you’ve created.
You can choose to be notified when an item comes back in stock, by selecting the notify me option on the product page. If you’ve received a back in stock notification, you’ll need to be quick as we cannot guarantee how long the item will be back in stock for.product page, but don’t worry – if you then decide to shop on the website, all your cart items will still show, just not in the wishlist you’ve created.
