UK DELIVERIES


All orders are shipped via our trusted courier partners with a 
fully tracked service. You can check the progress of your order at any time using our Track Your Order service

🚚 Next Working Day Delivery – £6.95

  • Place your order before 1pm (Mon–Fri) for next working day delivery

  • Orders placed after 1pm are dispatched the next working day

  • Orders placed on weekends/bank holidays are dispatched the next working day

  • Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays and weekends



CLICK & COLLECT

The only address available for click & collect is Hairglo - 451 Bromley Road, Downham, BR1 4PH

  • £5 minimum (pick up between 12 pm-6 pm)
  • Available Monday to Saturday.
  • We will notify you by email as soon as your order is ready to collect. We advise customers to wait until they have received confirmation before collecting their order.
  • Please bring your ID & order confirmation with you when collecting your order.
  • Not available on orders via PayPal express.
  • Click & Collect orders not collected after 10 days will be cancelled.


DISPATCH

Orders are processed and packed on the same day and shipped on working days only. Once dispatched, deliveries are handled by our trusted courier partners. Please note that orders are not dispatched on weekends or bank holidays, and weekend delivery is not available.

ORDER SUPPORT

If there’s ever an issue with your order, we’ll try to contact you by phone first. If we’re unable to reach you, we’ll follow up by email. Please make sure your contact number is correct so we can reach you quickly — this is especially important for next-day delivery orders.

To avoid delays, please ensure your billing and shipping address details are correct when placing your order, as we’re unable to redirect deliveries. Your billing address must match the address shown on your bank card statement. In some cases, we may need to verify your details with your card issuer before dispatch, and we’ll always do our best to keep any delays to a minimum.
