DELIVERY/ returns & COLLECTION information

UK DELIVERIES

All orders are through our dedicated courier partners.

Next-Day Delivery: £6.95 (order should be placed before 12 noon) to be eligible for next day delivery – via a fully tracked service. This service is available Monday to Friday. This delivery excludes Saturdays. 

Express Delivery: £5.95 (2-3 working days) – via a fully tracked service. 

Standard Delivery: £4.95 (5-7 working days) – via a fully tracked service.  

The rates above are for England only.

cLICK & cOLLECT

The only address available for click & collect is 451 Bromley Road, Bromley BR1 4PH

  • £5 minimum (pick up between 12 pm-6 pm)
  • Available Monday to Saturday.
  • We will notify you by email as soon as your order is ready to collect. We advise customers to wait until they have received confirmation before collecting their order. Please bring your order confirmation with you when collecting your order.
  • Not available on orders via PayPal express.
  • Click & Collect orders not collected after 10 days will be cancelled.

Dispatch

Once pick & packed and completed, orders will be delivered through one of our dedicated courier partners. When placing your order please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect. Please note that your billing address must match the address on your bank card statement.

Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum. We normally expect to dispatch orders within 1 working day. We do not dispatch orders on bank holidays and weekends. Weekend deliveries are not guaranteed.

Returns

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return any unopened and unused items to us within 14 days of receipt. To be acceptable for return, items should be unused, unopened, and have all original seals intact. Please note that the customer will be responsible for the cost of delivery fees for any items or orders returned to us. In order to book a return, please email us at info@hairglo.co.uk.

Items that are not acceptable for returns are listed below and are subject to review.

Guidelines

Please make sure the items are packed and you have included the original packing slip while returning them as this may cause a delay in the returns process. Some items cannot be accepted for return for hygiene reasons. Please read the exclusion items which come under this. 

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods.
